Who We Are
Emergency Plumber Twickenham operates from 157 Heath Rd, Twickenham, London TW1 4BH, and can be reached on 07863 747828. These terms govern your use of this website and the booking service described below. By calling us or submitting a form here, you accept the terms on this page.
What We Do
We run a booking and matching service. When you call or send a form, we note what's happening and where, then connect you with an independent local plumbing company from our partner network able to reach your address and suited to that job. We do not employ our own engineers and do not carry out plumbing work ourselves.
The Partner Company
The plumbing company that takes on your job is independently owned and operated — it is not part of Emergency Plumber Twickenham. Your contract for the plumbing work sits with that company, not with us. They provide their own written quote, carry out the job, and invoice and take payment from you directly, and any warranty on the work is theirs on their own terms.
Payments
We do not take payment or raise invoices for plumbing work of any kind. Any payment due for a repair, installation or inspection goes directly to the partner company that carried it out. If you have a billing question, raise it with that company first.
Quotes and Pricing
Pricing is set by the partner company, not by us, and is confirmed in writing before work begins. We do not price jobs or promise a figure or a timescale on this website or over the phone. Walk through the partner's written quote with them before agreeing to any work.
Complaints and Problems
If something goes wrong with the work, raise it with the partner company first — they carried it out and are best placed to correct it. If you can't get it resolved with them, call 07863 747828 and we'll help chase it up on your behalf. We can't guarantee a particular outcome, as the contract for the work is between you and the partner company.
Our Responsibility
Our role is limited to taking your enquiry and arranging a match with a partner company, to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for that company's workmanship, pricing, scheduling or conduct. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website Information
Content on this site is general information about the coordination service and its coverage. It is not a quote, an estimate or a diagnosis of any plumbing problem, and any pricing shown elsewhere on the site is indicative only. A firm price comes only from the partner company's written quote for your job.
Your Information
When you contact us, we pass your name, phone number, address and a description of the job to the partner company we match you with, so they can confirm the appointment and carry out the work. This information is used only to arrange that booking and to follow up on a job you've raised with us.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time as the service evolves. The version posted here is current, and the date above shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site or service after a change means you accept it.
